TJ Pizza's
All,
I just wanted to give everyone an update on some of the things concerning our TJs fundraiser.
I would like to collect all of the order forms sometime the week of DECEMBER 1-5. I need to give TJs our TOTAL order sometime on Thursday or Friday so I would prefer to collect the forms and money early in the week if possible. We have Varsity games on Monday and Tuesday and practice on Wednesday. Any of those nights would be great. At that time we will need the completed order form and all cash and checks. You may turn these into myself, Kim Tinsley, or Beth Keller. Thank You!!
The TJs delivery truck will deliver all orders to the Granite City Ice Rink at 500 pm on Thursday, December 18th. We expect everyone to pick up their orders at that time unless you have prior arrangements with one of the people listed above. We will only be at the rink until around 600 pm or so. Remember....the items are frozen so make room in your freezer!!! It sounds like we have gotten off to a good start so keep selling those pizzas!!
